My name is Sam Sloane, and I am both a Home Chef, and a retired Professional Engineer in the Steel Business. My Passion of cooking and my journey to find the best tools lead me to become a knife junky.....I learned early on that having Sharp Knives in my kitchen saved me time and problems, and I want to bring my skills to you , to ensure you have the best tools at your disposal.

After 7 years of honing my skills, I now offer Shear Sharpening to the Stylist/Grooming community. I bring the same skilled scientific approach to these workhorse tools to the industry.
